Shipping Policies

It takes ten to twelve days to process an order. We will charge you once your order is shipped. It takes 3-4 working days for the order to reach you. We shall provide you with a tracking number via email. We will also contact you via WhatsApp using the following number 00971 566 51 2228. Please use it to get in touch with us as well. 

The courier company will make three attempts to contact you. Please provide him with the necessary details to make your delivery.  

We will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.

 Multiple shipments/delivery may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

 

How quickly can I return an item?

As long as the product is unopened and still in its original condition and packaging you can return within 3 calendar days from the date of receipt. You can contact us at customercare@collectionsbestdeals.com 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Some health and personal care items are non refundable and non exchange able.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds will be done through credit card payment for online payments and in-store credit for COD payments. In-store credit remains valid for a period of 30 days from receipt.


Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Our return policy is applicable to items delivered within the UAE only. We are unable to process a return for items shipped to any other destination.


Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customercare@collectionsbestdeals.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
