Online Payments Directives.
We are always keen on ensuring that your customers continue enjoying your online services. In order to avoid any declined transactions, customers are requested to comply with the UAE Central Bank Mandate by updating their Emirates ID details with their banks by 28 February 2019. (if its not already updated)
Customers who fail to comply will be unable to perform any e-commerce online transactions with their direct debit or credit cards until updating their Emirates ID details, according to the directive.
We request our customers “As per the UAE Central Bank mandate - Please update your Emirates ID details with your Bank before 28 February 2019 to avoid any payment failures”
